CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment spot. - This deposit will go towards your appointment. - If you cancel before the 48hr requirement, the deposit is only active for 4 weeks for rescheduling. After that it will expire and a new deposit will have to be put down. - If you cancel after the 48hr requirement or day of you will forfeit your deposit being moved to your rescheduled appointment and a new deposit will be needed. - A card is required on file - If you no show your appointment this deposit will not apply to any future appointments. * I require a minimum of 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel.* - Cancellation after the 48 hour cancellation period: $50 rebooking fee. - No show or cancellation on the same day as scheduled hair or eyelash appointment requires a 100 % fee of the total cost of the service booked.
